Auto-refresh layer based on time interval (#89)
Update OpenLayers from 2.12 to 2.13.1.
Add user defined help text to service definitions
Optional client side buffering (requires the JSTS library)
Make layer editing tools contextual (helpful if there are multiple editable layers).
Optional Active Layers tab (like Visible Layers from GeoMoose 1.x)
